Customize Your Alerts

Control how and when you're notified when someone scans your QR code. Parkntt offers multiple notification methods to ensure you never miss an important message about your vehicle.

Setting Up Notifications

Open your Parkntt app and go to Profile -> My QR. Here you'll see your QRs. By clicking on each you'll see options for each notification type available in the system.

Choose which notification methods work best for you. You can enable push notifications to receive alerts directly through the app. Add phone numbers for SMS text messages with details about who scanned your QR code and their message. Set up phone call notifications where our AI assistant will call and read the message to you.

You can customize notification settings for each QR code separately. This means your work vehicle could have different alert preferences than your personal car. Toggle each notification method on or off according to your preferences.

Parkntt ensures all notifications are delivered promptly while maintaining your privacy. Remember that no personal contact information is ever shared between users, even when receiving notifications via call or text.

You can update your notification preferences anytime through the app. We recommend enabling at least two notification methods to ensure you're always reachable when needed.
