Streamline Your Communications
Custom templates make it quick and easy to send commonly used messages when scanning someone's QR code. Create personalized templates for different situations to save time and ensure clear communication.
Creating Templates
Open your Parkntt app and navigate to Profile -> Settings -> Templates. Here you can create and manage your custom messages for various parking situations.
Tap "+" button to add a new message. Give your template a name for easy reference, such as "Blocked Exit" or "Moving Soon." Write your message clearly stating the situation and any action needed. You can create multiple templates for different scenarios you commonly encounter.
Using Your Templates
When you scan someone's QR code, you'll have the option to select from your saved templates instead of typing a new message each time. Simply choose the appropriate template, make any small edits if needed for the specific situation, and send.
Templates save time in urgent situations and help ensure your message is clear and complete, even when you're in a hurry. You can still add a real-time photo to provide context for your message.
Managing Templates
Return to the Templates section anytime to edit or delete your saved messages. We recommend creating templates for your most common interactions, such as requesting someone to move their vehicle, letting them know about a potential issue, or providing your estimated return time.
All template messages maintain your privacy while effectively communicating your needs to the vehicle owner.
